Crochet Mesh Scarf  Back

Requirements

Crochet Mesh Scarf1 - 2 Balls smooth yarn (4 ply - 10 ply)
1 Hank Sari ribbon
Crochet hook size to match smooth yarn

Using the smooth yarn chain 29 stitches.

Row 1 In the 8th chain from hook, 1 double treble, *skip 2 chain, 2 chain, 1 double treble in next chain* repeat from * 5 more times.

Row 2 Chain 6 (counts as double treble, chain 2), turn work, 1 double treble over the previous rows double treble, *chain 2, 1 double treble over the previous rows double treble* repeat from *5 more times.

Repeat row 2 for a total of 70 rows or until scarf is desired length, fasten off.

Thread the sari ribbon through the crochet mesh weaving under & over the length of the scarf, leaving a 15 – 20cm tail. Start the first row going under the first stitch & the second row going over, repeat the weaving on all of the rows. When all of the weaving is complete, knot pairs of sari ribbon together to stop from pulling back through.
